I met Billy through my son Anthony and their mutual friend Augie in Fontana, CA. The boys would come to my house to hang out or watch WWE wrestling or wrestle each other! I always thought Billy was a great kid . He's the kind of person a mother would want as her son's friend. My deepest condolences to your family.

I went to (68W) Army Combat Medic School with William. Even though I have not known William for very long, it still bothers me that he was taken so early in his life. William had so much potential. He was full of energy (probably because his coffee cup hardly ever left his hand). He was very bright and extremely funny. He could make the entire class break into laughter at any moment. I am saddened by your loss and pray that you all find some peace with the memories you shared. I wanted to attach a picture of our graduating class. William is back row-center.

Respectfully submitted,

SGT Garber

Dale and Kris: My heart aches for you and your family. I remember how special Billy was to everyone and I know how much you loved him. It is not right for parents to outlive their children....I cannot even pretend to imagine how very difficult this is for you. You've been in my thoughts every day since I heard the tragic news and most especially at this very moment since it is now during the time of his memorial services. I pray that you find strength during this most sad and difficult time and that your memories will comfort all of you in the future. With love and sympathy, Pat Moore
