Dear Anita and family - How lucky you were to have your Mom for as long as you did. I remember my first experience at tasting duck at a dinner at your house way back in the early 1960's, and our visit with Alicia Campbell at the Conrad Mansion. I send you my deepest condolences. I had the privilege of knowing Val through her bridge group and we have missed her for these past few years. She will always be remembered for her quick mind and quiet sense of humor.
