Betty was like a second mother to us. Putting up with our shenanigans early in our life. Later sharing her recipes and traditions with us and our daughters. She was a true inspiration to all of us. Betty was a beautiful person with an extraordinary heart and soul. Her passing will forever leave a hole in my heart that no one else will ever be able to fill. I am so grateful for the 50 years worth of shared memories that I have to look back on and re-play in my mind like much beloved old movies. Right now I can see Betty in my mind laughing and smiling and forever happy.
