Dear James Stanard Family,
Please accept my family's condolences at Jim's passing. Having been away from the Valley his passing was an unexpected and very sad occurrence. I specifically enjoyed Jim's wit, humor and grand smile while serving with him in stake functions. He always greeted me as an "old" friend and I appreciated that very much.
May the Lord's special blessings attend you during the weeks, months and years to come. Jim and his many talents will surely be missed by us, but welcomed by those who will meet him beyond the veil.

Dear Jeana and family, there are no words to express my sadness in hearing of Jim's passing. I know I will remember him when I hear music performed while in chorale. What a legacy to leave the world when the life is remembered with music. May our appreciation for Jim strengthen you all at this time and going forward.
