Marvin Sudan passed away peacefully in his sleep at home in Kila Montana on the 2nd of June. He was born in Kalispell on July 9th, 1950. He graduated from Bigfork High School in 1968. He was a loving husband, father and friend and will be sorely missed.

Marvin built a successful business for the past 23 years on a handshake and good faith. During his years of business he led as many as 10 employees operating 4 drilling rigs and a pump truck. He has many satisfied clients and became known as one the most qualified experts in well drilling and hydrology here in Northwest Montana.

He is survived by is wife of 35 years Kathleen, son Travis Sudan, daughters Tracey McGuire, and Kimberly Morrison and 9 grandchildren all residing locally in the Flathead Valley.

He is preceded in death by both parents and sister.

Marvin will be remembered for his outdoor activities such as multiple pack trips into the Bob Marshall Wilderness, boating, RVing and four wheeling. Marvin was known and respected for his attention to detail and thorough completeness in all of aspects of his life. His loss will be felt by many.

Service will be held at Smith Valley Grange on Friday 6/9/2017 at 11am.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests a donation to the charity of your choice.
